About Kim
Experienced - Compassionate - Grounded

Kim Arballo, E-RYT 500, YACEP, has been teaching yoga for the past seven years and practicing yoga for 20 years. Kim's background as a massage therapist gives her an extensive understanding of anatomy and allows her to provide strong alignment - based classes. While her background as a public school teacher guides her to be an engaging, compassionate, and organized teacher offering structured classes designed to further students' learning. Kim continues to actively study yoga to deepen her own practice and further refine her teaching. She is grateful to have studied with skilled and talented teachers, including Judith Hanson Lasater and Jason Crandell, with whom she recently completed her advanced 300 hour yoga teacher training. Kim looks forward to sharing her knowledge to help students develop a more skillful and integrated yoga practice, and to learn more about themselves in the process.
